Invite your team, and what each role can do
Admins run the workspace; editors write, edit, and publish. Invites go out by email or link.
Roles
| Role | Can | Can't |
|---|---|---|
| Editor | Write, edit, run Auto-Pen and Enhance, publish, review, change organization settings like strategy and the writing kernel | Manage members, connect integrations, create API keys |
| Admin | Everything an editor can, plus members, integrations, and API keys | none |
If you need an API key and you're an editor, the API Keys tab under Settings is shown but disabled with the note "Ask an org admin to generate an API key."
Invite someone
- Open Settings → Members.
- Under Invites, enter their email and choose a role: Editor · write, edit, and publish or Admin · full org control.
- Send. They get an email with a link; you can also copy the link from the invite dialog and send it yourself.
The invite link is the credential, so treat it like a password: anyone who opens it joins as that role.
When someone joins
They sign in with their work email (the same domain rule as KB-102) and land in your workspace. Members with more than one workspace switch between them with the organization selector at the top right.
Reviewers who aren't members
You don't need to add someone as a member for them to review a post. The Reviews panel on a post can send a review link to an outside guest; they read and comment on a public page without an account. See KB-212.
