Landing pages and auto-mention
Tell the platform about a page and when it's relevant; posts link to it when they naturally should.
A landing page is a link plus a sentence or two about what lives there and when it's worth citing. Collections with Auto-mention turned on weave relevant landing pages into posts as they're written, as a natural reference, not an advert.

Primitives → Data → Landings → New landing.
- Link: the page.
- Context: what's there and when to mention it. Be specific: "Our 2026 benchmark dataset. Cite it when an article discusses response-time or CSAT metrics."
Turn it on per collection
Landings are only used by collections that opt in: Control Room → Setup → Delivery → Auto-mention landing pages. Phantom sites don't have the switch; they stay independent.
See where they were used
The Landings page has a mentions table: landing page, article, collection, and the anchor text used. It's the audit trail for every automatic link.
